Mayor's Committee

Mission: To review periodically all appointed boards, commissions, task forces, advisory groups, and committees for relevance, goal congruence, and make-up and to provide to the council recommendations for change or disposition. To manage the Talent Bank and make recommendations for board/commission appointments. To address personnel policy concerns and provide recommendations regarding requests from the Town Manager for staff re-organization or realignment.
