Please Note:  There are new payment forms for Hospitality Taxes and Accommodations Taxes.

The Town of Hilton Head Island requires every business operating within Town limits to pay an annual license fee. This fee, known as a Business License Fee, is required to be paid for each place of business and for each type of business conducted at one place, including home occupations. The fee is used for the purpose of raising revenue for the Town's General Fund.
