Arrest Warrants

To request an arrest warrant for an incident that occured on Hilton Head Island, a victim must first file a report at the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office, (843) 842-4111. Upon obtaining a case number from the Sheriff's Office, contact the Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court to arrange an appointment with Municipal Court Judge.

Motion for a New Trial

A motion for a new trial must be submitted within five (5) days of your court date. The motion should include your full name, current mailing address, phone number, a copy of the ticket, and a full explanation of your reason to Motion for New Trial.

Motions can be hand delivered or mailed to Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court, 3 Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

Certified Copy of Disposition Requests

Requests for certified copies of disposition must be submitted in writing to the Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court. Please include name, ticket number, charge, drivers license number, date of birth, current mailing address and a contact phone number.

Hand deliver or mail requests to the Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court, 3 Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 along with a ten dollar ($10.00) copying fee.
Please include a return mailing address.
