Continuance Requests

All requests for continuances must be in writing and received by the Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court prior to the scheduled court date. Requests should include a copy of your ticket, name, current mailing address, and reason for continuance. Please hand deliver or mail requests to the Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court, 3 Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 or Fax to (843) 785-4009.
