All proposed development is subject to Development Plan review by the Town Administrator unless considered exempt by the Land Management Ordinance (Sec. 16-3-302).

See Section 16-3-303 of the LMO for requirements for submitting a complete Development Plan Application.

Appeals of administrative decisions made by the Town Administrator shall be made to the Board of Zoning Appeals within 14 days of mailing of the decision. See Article XIX, Sec. 16-3-1901 for more information.

Expiration of Approval Sec. 16-3-310
Applicant shall have one year to submit complete building permit application or, if no building permit is required, to obtain a Certificate of Compliance.

In case of projects where more than one building is to be built, the applicant may submit a series of building permit applications. The first application must be submitted within one year from the date Development Plan Approval is granted. Each subsequent application must be submitted within 180 days from the date of issuance of a Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Occupancy for the previous building, whichever shall occur first. The lapse of more than 180 days shall cause the expiration of the Development Plan Approval.
