In 1991, the Town adopted the Post Disaster Recovery and Mitigation Plan. This Plan guides the Town's post-disaster recovery and mitigation planning policies and actions.It contains basic guidance, forms, instructions, contracts, emergency ordinances, press releases, training opportunities, financial documentation, requirements, reconstruction and redevelopment strategies, and other materials that will be necessary to manage the recovery from a disaster.
