Bridge to the Beach Area I: Pope Avenue Corridor

In the Works:

In addition to the projects proposed in this brochure, the Town has two current CIP projects in this area:

  1. Office Park Road realignment, to improve traffic flow from Greenwood Drive to Pope Avenue, providing an alternative route to the Sea Pines Circle.
  2. Construction of sidewalks on both sides of Avocet Road from Lagoon Road to North Forest Beach Drive, to provide safe pedestrian facilities.
