Bridge to the Beach Area 2: Palmetto Bay Road Corridor

In the Works:

  1. Completion of improvements to Sea Pines Circle. This is a joint venture between the Town and CSA, and includes new paving on the road, completion of the landscaping and other aesthetic improvements, and drainage improvements to the circle’s interior.
  2. Construction of a new boat ramp on Broad Creek. This public launching facility on Helmsman Way will have parking for 12 vehicles without trailers and 36 vehicles with trailers.
