Provide pedestrian access on one side of the entire length of New Orleans Road. Design the sidewalk/pathway to minimize impacts on wetlands and other natural resources, provide for storm water drainage in ways that do not degrade water quality, and include landscaping to enhance the aesthetics of the area. |

Develop vacant Town owned property at corner of New Orleans Road and Pope Avenue as a Gateway Park with public art and fountains, to serve as a landmark for this distinctive area of the community. |
