The Town's Administrative Services Division is comprised of three areas which are overseen by the Director of Administrative Services. The Director of Administrative Services also acts as the Town's Procurement Official.
Records Administrator/Town Clerk/Support
The principal function of the Town Clerk's office is to administer services and programs designed to support the Mayor, Town Council, employees, and the general public.
- Administers the Town Records Managment Program
- Provides records for the public as needed
- Provides Town receptionist services
- Administers Personnel Committee for boards and commissions
- Provides Notary services for internal and external customers
The Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court is responsible for the adjudication and disposition of misdemeanor Traffic, Criminal, Municipal Ordinance and Parking Violations occurring within Hilton Head Island town limits. Citations issued for misdemeanor violations by the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), SLED Certified Plantation Officers and Town Enforcement Officers are adjudicated in the Hilton Head Island Municipal Court.
The Information Technology Division is responsible for the Town's Computer Network and all computer workstations, software programs, printers, faxes, copiers, telephones, cell phones, and audio-visual equipment.
