Arrest Warrants

To request an arrest warrant for an incident that occured on Hilton Head Island, a victim must first file a report at the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office, (843)255-3300. Upon obtaining a case number from the Sheriff's Office, contact the Town of Hilton Head Island Municipal Court to arrange an appointment with Municipal Court Judge.
