Gullah Geechee Historic Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation Board of Directors

The board members are responsible for providing oversight and strategic guidance to the Executive Director while helping to shape and implement the Corporation's long-term vision. Their duties include:

• Establishing a comprehensive strategic plan.
• Assisting with the execution of key initiatives.
• Developing operational and capital budgets that align with the Corporation's goals.
• Setting annual performance metrics.
• Overseeing the financial reporting and audit process.
• Actively communicating the Corporation’s initiatives to the public.
