Beach Renourishment Project Update 4 - Fish Haul Beach Park

August 29, 2025

We're happy to share the latest updates on Phase I of our beach renourishment project at Fish Haul Beach! Work is progressing, and here’s a summary of what we've accomplished this week and what’s coming up.

What We’ve Achieved This Week (August 23 - 29)

Our team from Marinex Construction continued installing the necessary pipelines for the upcoming renourishment. These pipes are crucial for transporting sand to the beach when construction kicks off. The installation of these pipelines sets the stage for the next phase, where we’ll be pumping sand onto the beach to restore and enhance its natural beauty.

What’s Coming Next Week (August 30 - September 5)

Marinex will continue preparing the pipelines offshore through Labor Day and into next week. The beach will remain open to the public until we begin pumping sand in early September, so feel free to enjoy the beach while we work.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to be on alert for any notifications pertaining to construction start date and beach closure.
