Demolition of two single-family homes, along with ancillary structures, on property owned by the Town of Hilton Head Island at 200 and 224 Jonesville Road will begin on Monday, November 17, 2025.
This demolition and site-clearing project is among the planned improvements to the Jonesville Stables and surrounding properties. The Town will provide more details on those improvements as the design progresses.
Work will take place over two weeks, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Please observe all construction and caution signs near the stable property in the Jonesville area.
