After You Apply

Step 1. Application received and reviewed by hiring staff

Step 2. Preliminary Interviews

Preliminary Interviews may be via phone or virtual.

Step 3. Second Round Interviews

Second Round Interviews may be in-person.

Depending on the job, you may be required to participate in any or all of the following:

  • Computer-based skills testing
  • Written test
  • Physical abilities assessment
  • Drug/alcohol screening
  • Medical exam

Step 4. Candidate Selected

Step 5. Background and Reference Checks Conducted

Required checks may include:

  • Criminal background check
  • Reference Checks
  • Driver's license check

Step 6. Employment Offer to Candidate

New Employees

  • Attend new employee orientation
  • Fill out forms for taxes, work authorization and benefits registration
  • Serve a six month probationary period

Internship Eligibility

You must be either:

  • A student working toward a degree or certificate from an accredited school (this may include high school students)
  • A recent high school or college graduate (within six months of graduation)
