Caroline Rinehart, an experienced office manager with business operations and bookkeeping expertise, has joined the Town of Hilton Head Island's revenue services team.

Caroline brings 25 years of experience to her role as a Revenue Services Specialist. She will be responsible for the collection and receipting of fees and taxes, daily balancing and depositing of revenues, and business license processing and renewal. "Our revenue service specialists engage with residents and business owners daily to help meet their needs and respond to their questions as they do business with the town. We are glad to have Caroline on our team. She brings a wealth of experience to help us provide a quality experience for the public," said John Troyer, Director of Finance.

Caroline's extensive background includes customer relationship management, analytical reporting, finances, and organizational and project management for non-profit and for-profit organizations. "I look forward to working with the revenue services team to serve our community and using my knowledge to interact with the public and contribute to the department's overall success," Caroline said.
