A contractor for the Town of Hilton Head Island is set to begin vegetation maintenance, including tree removal, along Arrow Road and within Crossings Park starting the week of January 29th. This work marks the initial phase of a Town stormwater project aimed at improving drainage on Arrow Road and Palmetto Business Park Road.
The work is expected to last up to two weeks and will involve clearing overgrown vegetation, trees, and stumps. As a result, a section of the paved pathway and several dirt bike trails will be temporarily closed to the public. No traffic delays are anticipated, but we advise exercising caution when traveling through the work area.
