As the Fire Chief, his role includes executing great leadership and strategic direction through planning, coordination, and evaluation of all operations, and activities of the Town's Fire Rescue department and more.

Ben plays a key role in a number of different projects including serving as a project executive for the Town's first public-private partnership and also working to develop a best-in-class workforce housing neighborhood on Hilton Head Island.
